I’m Danny Rodriguez, Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), nutrition coach, and founder of DKR Strength Systems.

After over a decade in the fitness industry and six years coaching athletes in the Indianapolis area, I kept seeing the same issue: athletes were missing real progress because their training didn’t match the season they were in.

How exactly does the pricing work?

You can purchase standalone programs for $225 each. With this you get the program in PDF format and the program walkthrough. 

For The Complete Athletic Training Calendar, you pay $225 for access to ALL 5 PROGRAMS, with the optional $75 a month for the Continued Support Function of the program via Discord.

Can I get financial help?

Ask your athletic director about financial assistance options/using team funds.

Can my whole staff have access?
